Our goal is to provide you with a high quality property management service throughout your tenancy and we look forward to have a responsible tenant who takes care of the house, make timely payments and enjoy the home for many years.
Online Payment and Maintenance Request made easy
Our tenant has a variety of forms of payments available.
1. Online – Though the resident portal the tenant will have access to 2 forms of payments.
a. E-check (Free) – Using your bank account number you can make a one-time payment or create recurring payments so you can have peace of mind and never be late.
b. Credit/Debit Card (Variable Fee) – Using a credit card or debit card the tenant will be able to pay the rent for a small convenience fee. The fee will be determined depending on the monthly rent amount and is non-refundable.
2. Cash payments – We don’t accept cash payments at our office but we can provide the tenant that still prefer paying with cash a unique bar code coupon that can be used to pay at any 7-11 location for a small convenience fee (currently at $3.99). We are not like other companies that will not accept cash but for your convenience we made it easier. Payment coupon will only be provided upon request.
3. By Mail: Tenant may mail a check to our mail address (7512 Dr. Phillips Blvd suite 50-955 Orlando-FL 32819). We don’t recommend send money order or cash by mail.
4. In Person: Tenant may pay in person at our office located at 5411 International Drive Orlando-FL 32819 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We only accept check or money order at our office. No cash or credit card.
To better serve you and for faster response we request that all non-emergency maintenance requests to be submitted online using your tenant portal. We ask you to please provide a detailed description of the problem and submit one request for each non-related problem. You will be contact in 1-2 business days by our team (not including weekends or holidays) after reporting a problem
NOTE: Missed appointments by the tenant may result in a service call fee charged to the tenant.
Unless otherwise stated in your lease agreement, tenants are responsible to maintain and repair the following items at the tenant’s own expense:
If tenant is unsure about his responsibility to maintain or repair the issue, please submit a maintenance request and a member of our team will contact you with your options.
To report an emergency only, such as a fire to premises, major water intrusion, major electrical issues, please contact us at 321-578-9161 and leave a detailed message to include your property address, contact number and description of the emergency.
If your emergency consists of fire or similar emergency, please notify the proper authorities by calling 911 before calling Welcome Home Property Management Corp.
